Step 1 – Complete Your Application

Fill in our application form with your contact details, work history, role preferences, and availability.

Step 2 – Screening and Initial Discussion

Our recruitment team reviews your application and arranges a call to confirm your experience, preferred work settings, locations, and expectations. We also explain the next steps and required documents.

Step 3 – Interview, Checks, and Training

You will attend an interview (video or in person). We complete the necessary pre-employment checks relevant to your role, including right-to-work verification, references, DBS (where applicable), and professional registration checks for nurses (NMC).

Step 4 – Onboarding and First Shifts

Once your file is compliant, we match you with suitable shifts or placements that fit your skills and preferences. You will receive booking details and ongoing support from our team.
