Rates include employment costs and statutory contributions (including holiday pay rolled up at 12.07%), the agency’s service/management fee, and compliance/vetting costs.

Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. Invoicing can be weekly or monthly (your preference). Payment is typically by BACS/bank transfer (and purchase order systems can be used where applicable).

Lead Nurse aims to provide consistent staff where possible to support continuity of care.
