What checks and vetting do you carry out before sending staff?
Your booked staff go through a structured vetting process which includes right to work checks, mandatory training, Enhanced DBS with Adult & Children’s barred lists, a value-based competency assessment, and two professional references verified by phone.

Rates include employment costs and statutory contributions (including holiday pay rolled up at 12.07%), the agency’s service/management fee, and compliance/vetting costs.
What are your payment terms and invoicing options?
Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. Invoicing can be weekly or monthly (your preference). Payment is typically by BACS/bank transfer (and purchase order systems can be used where applicable).
